I am taking hold and totally reforming my life in a positive way. I am currently focusing on reaching the healthiest physical and mental condition possible. My current activities include: weight watchers on Mondays, my treadmill, dance and aerobic videos, weight training, yoga and biking. I'm always trying to find new activities to do, but I have found that if it's not super fun, it won't stick very long with me.
